Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Starlight Getaways website and your booking of any property listed by Starlight Capital Real Estate.

Bookings

A reservation is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation. Rates, fees, taxes, and availability are shown at checkout and may change until a booking is confirmed.

Guest responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate booking information.
• Respect occupancy limits, house rules, and check-in/check-out times.
• You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear during your stay.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By booking, you authorize the charges shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes and fees.

Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and the policy shown on each listing at the time of booking.

Limitation of liability

The site and stays are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Starlight is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or a stay.
