Cancellation Policy

The exact cancellation terms for your stay are shown on the listing and at checkout before you pay. The following is our standard policy unless a property states otherwise.

Standard policy

• Free cancellation — full refund for cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in.
• Non-refundable within 7 days of check-in.

How to cancel

You can cancel yourself anytime up to 7 days before check-in using the “Manage or cancel your booking” link on your confirmation page. Your refund is issued automatically to your original card by Stripe and typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Changes & extenuating circumstances

To request a date change, contact us as early as possible; changes are subject to availability and rate differences. We review extenuating circumstances (such as documented emergencies) on a case-by-case basis.
